One bag holds a hand-cast plaster figure — some editions have more than one — four pots of washable paint and a brush. You don't need to buy anything to go with it. A cup of water and a paper towel and you're set.

Ages 3 and up. The kits contain small parts and aren't safe for children under 3. Most kids between 3 and 8 can do the whole thing with an adult nearby — younger ones will want help opening the paint pots and rinsing the brush.

About thirty minutes of painting. The paint is dry to the touch in roughly an hour and fully cured overnight, so leave the figure somewhere flat and out of the way before bedtime.

The paints are water-based and washable. They come off skin with soap and water and out of most fabric in a normal wash.

We still suggest an old shirt and a placemat, because three-year-olds are three-year-olds.

Every figure is poured and finished by hand at our kitchen table, so edges, thickness and surface texture vary a little piece to piece. A tiny air bubble or a soft edge isn't a defect — it's what a hand-cast piece looks like.

That's the idea. Painted plaster holds up fine on a shelf or a windowsill. If you want the color to survive handling, brush on a coat of clear acrylic sealer or Mod Podge once it's fully dry. Plaster isn't waterproof, so keep them out of the bath and off the porch.

Yes. A white second coat goes right over the first once it's dry, which is handy when a color ends up somewhere unplanned.

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with a tracking number once it ships. If the tracking email hasn't arrived after 2 business days, check your spam folder first, then email us.

All sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges on kits that arrive in good condition. The one exception is damage in shipping, covered below. Full terms are on our refund policy page.

Plaster is sturdy but it isn't unbreakable, and we'd rather fix it than argue about it. Photograph the damage and the packaging and email both to creationsbybella627@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll take a look and make it right.

Email us as soon as you can. If the order hasn't been packed yet we can usually change the address or swap an edition. Once it's shipped, we can't.

Bella is three. She picks which shapes get poured, hands over the paint pots and inspects every bag before it's sealed. Her mom handles the plaster, the sanding and anything involving scissors.

The orders and the deadlines are real, which is the point. She's learning that an idea turns into a thing you make, and a thing you make turns into something someone chooses to buy.

Every one. We mix and pour the plaster, release and sand each figure, and bag the kits ourselves. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is bought in finished.
